Overview: To sum it up we did a mural project at the Rochester Rehabilitation Center in the pool room area. The place looked like a hospital and it needed some life. Debby Ramunda, the Director of Outpatient Services helped us with this project. She wanted to see some kind of a beach/sea landscape scene on the walls and human figures with suits from the 1920's incorporated throughout the rest of the room. We were thinking that the best way to introduce them into the room would be to connect them to the objects already existing in the pool room area (weights, inner tubes hanging on the wall, benches, etc).

The director of the center, Debbie, has plans for publicity and a possible donation. This was a great opportunity for the Art Department to get out into the community, especially for our first project.
