Cancer and Women

This web page was designed to provide information on skin cancer, uterine cancer, and cervical cancer.  It explains risk factors and causes for each as well as offering  tips for treatment and prevention.

 

  • SKIN CANCER While this cancer can affect both women and men, women have a higher risk because they are more likely to use tanning beds and sunbath.  Find out if your lifestyle and habits are putting you at risk.

  • UTERINE CANCER This cancer affects women as they approach menopause.  Find out what Uterine cancer is and if you are at risk.

  • CERVICAL CANCER  This cancer affects young women in their teens and twenty's.  Cervical cancer is completely preventable.  Find out the risks so you can avoid putting yourself in jeopardy.
