Thousand Islands-Seaway

With nearly 2,000 islands along 50 miles of the St. Lawrence River, this region certainly livs up to its name. Visit the area's historic battlefields, museums, and lighthouses. You can even take a boat cruise down the seaway jsut to see all that the Thousand Islands really have to offer.

After the cruise you can take a short ride across the river to Boldt Castle on Heart Island. This castle holds a tragically sad love story about a man building this castle in honor of his love for his wife. But she was never able to enjoy it, as she dies befre it was finished.
