Study Abroad in Florence

The Foreign Languages and Literatures Department of Nazareth College, in conjunction with the Santa Reparata International School of Art, offers one semester or an academic year in Florence, Italy. Italian non-majors may take advantage of the extensive program of courses offered during the Fall and Spring semesters. The courses taken at the Santa Reparata International School of Art may vary in degrees of complexity and intensity. Courses in art history, economics, international business, history, political science, literature, media studies, and visual arts are available. Courses are designed to integrate the local resources and immerse students into the Florentine environment through on-site learning.

Nazareth College invites you to explore the opportunities to enhance your education through study abroad by spending a semester or a school year in Florence. Nazareth students acquire a great understanding of the arts and also grasp the authentic atmosphere and appropriate surroundings of the Italian culture. Students grow from the multicultural experience of living and studying abroad.

Nazareth College encourages its students to grow both academically and culturally through its Study Abroad Program in Florence. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information or advice about the rewarding experience of studying abroad.
